In Dagestan, all the protesters detained at the anti-corruption rally, held in Makhachkala on October 3, have been released.

Stanislav Kochiev, who was dismissed today from the post of Speaker of the Parliament of South Ossetia, has related this event with the upcoming presidential election.

The number of arrested supporters of Jambolat Tedeev whose registration as presidential candidate was denied by Central Election Committee on September, 30, makes already over one hundred people, members of Tedeev’s headquarters reported. The prisoners’ relatives joined Tedeev’s supporters who are staying near his house in Tskhinvali.

Central Election Committee of South Osetia has stopped receiving documents from initiative campaign groups nominating candidates for presidency of the republic. All in all documents of 30 persons were submitted, seven of them have already been registered.
