The number of refugees from Ukraine, who stay in the Rostov Region since the conflict began, has exceeded 40,000 people. This was reported by the Russian Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) for the Rostov Region.

Chechnya will hold the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Fitr (Uraza Bayram) under enhanced security measures. This was reported by an official from the Chechen police. Local residents report on the enhancement of control measures by law enforcers.

In the morning on July 25, a group of believers held a protest action in front of the Israeli Embassy in Baku in connection with the military actions of the Israeli Army in the Gaza Strip. The action organized by the Islamic Party of Azerbaijan (IPA) was dispersed by the police; and many protesters were detained.
