Ombudsman of Armenia Armen Arutyunyan has put responsibility on the State Office of Public Prosecutor for incessant violence and prosecution by law enforcement bodies of witnesses on the case about the events on March 1, 2008.

In the Nazran District of Ingushetia, 15 persons with sub-machine guns and pistols were detained, as reported by Kaloy Akhilgov, press secretary of Ingushetian President.

Seifudin Kaziahmedov who was killed today in Makhachkala was once the head of the investigatory group in charge of the criminal case about the terror act committed in Kaspiisk on May 9, 2002.
