The Armenian Central Election Commission (CEC) has completed the processing of ballots from all the polling stations of the country. According to the preliminary information, 825,622 voters, or 63.35%, gave their voices in favour of the constitutional reform. This was reported by Tigran Mukuchyan, Chairman of the Armenian CEC.

During the week of November 30-December 6, 2015, three persons fell victim to the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. Of them, two persons were killed, and one person was wounded. Relatives of Shamil Umakhanov, found guilty on the charge of recruiting militants for the "Islamic State" (IS) in the Stavropol Territory, have announced their intention to appeal against the court's decision. Relatives of Magomed Aliev, another convict, will seek his transfer to Dagestan.

Today, a rally has been held at the 92nd kilometre of Kashira Highway. It was organized by the interregional trade union of professional drivers. This was reported by Alexei Ulyanov, a coordinator of the protest action of Volgograd truck drivers.

Magomed Khasiev, who was executed by militants of the "Islamic State" (IS) was not on the list of militants wanted in Syria, said a source from power bodies of Chechnya. According to Ramzan Kadyrov, the alleged killer of Khasiev is a resident of the city of Noyabrsk.
