The Supreme Court (SC) of Dagestan cancelled the court’s decision to refuse to recognize the inaction of investigators on a complaint filed by Magomed Magomedov, the deputy editor-in-chief of the Dagestani weekly newspaper “Chernovik” (Rough Draft).

In Makhachkala, residents had problems with the supply of electricity and water earlier as well, but the problems have worsened this year, complain local residents. According to their stories, in order to ensure normal living conditions, people have to buy generators and water storage tanks, but they are not able to help under all circumstances.
