Ukraine has decided to extradite to the Russian Federation Ilya Pyanzin, a citizen of Kazakhstan, suspected of planning the assassination of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was reported by Elena Abramova, Spokesperson of the Prosecutor's Office of the Odessa Region. However, the suspect's lawyers challenged the decision of the first instance court on extradition at the Court of Appeal of the Odessa Region.

They are currently training people who will deliver lectures on the subject to senior pupils. However, physicians point out that prohibition of induced abortions can promote increase of the number of illegal abortions which often cause death of a woman who decided to do so.
