The rally held in the capital of Dagestan in defence of citizens' constitutional and electoral rights was attended by about 250 people, who stated massive violations at the election of the head of the Kulinsky District of Dagestan, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

The oppositional National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) has rescheduled the rally earlier planned for October 20 in Baku with a demand to cancel the outcome of the recent presidential election and appointment of a new election for October 27.
