Convict for blowing up "Neva-Express" Train dies in Ekaterinburg colony
Tarkhan Kartoev, a resident of the Ingush village of Ekazhevo, convicted on charges of blowing up the "Neva-Express" Train, has died in Penal Colony No. 2 (IK-2) of Ekaterinburg. "The telegram was signed by Major V. Mikheev. My son had stayed in the IK-2 for just a week. Today, with my nephew we fly to Ekaterinburg, where my son had been convoyed," Umatgiri Kartoev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
