Moscow's Tverskoy Court has arrested Akhmed Bilalov, former vice president of the Russian Olympic Committee and former head of North Caucasus Resorts, who lives in the United States, in absentia on charges of attempted embezzlement of $200 million from Sberbank. The court ordered him to be held in pretrial detention for two months from the date of his arrest or extradition.
