A court in Rostov-on-Don has imposed a fine on Oleg Popovkin, a local resident, finding him guilty of discrediting Russian militaries after he posted his commenting on Chechens in Ukraine in the "VKontakte" social network.

The words of the head of Chechnya about 3000 vacancies in the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) mean that he plans to find new people for his formations, Alexander Khramchikhin, an expert, believes.
