Residents of Elista admitted that they went to the elections to express their opinion and rated the last day of voting on September 20 as calm.

Residents of Kuban and North Ossetia admitted that they do not perceive elections as a way to change something in the country or express their protest; they do not expect significant political changes after the elections.

Residents of Stavropol who participated in the elections for deputies of the State Duma of Russia doubted the strong protest sentiments of their fellow countrymen. They went to the elections but do not particularly believe in their results.
