The Tbilisi City Court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of pre-trial detention for Gela Hasai, a member of the Girchi – More Freedom party from the Coalition for Change.

Authorities reported no casualties during the attack on the night of October 2.

Participants in the women's march in Tbilisi demanded the release of all women detained and convicted in connection with the protests. Along with other protesters, they blocked traffic outside the parliament building. During the protest, news broke of the arrest of "Girchi – More Freedom" activist Gela Khasai.

A through-and-through crack has appeared in a five-story building on Ivanovskogo Street. Rostov-on-Don authorities announced that residents of one of the buildings have been relocated to temporary housing.

Anatoly Shalagin was killed in combat. Since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, at least 617 fighters from the Astrakhan region have been officially recognized as killed.

Six teenagers were taken to police stations, and one was hospitalized, following a mass brawl in Makhachkala. Investigators have reported on their investigation.

The Committee to Protect Journalists called on Azerbaijani authorities to release Toplum TV employee Farid Ismayilov, who has been receiving threats, and other imprisoned journalists.

The court sentenced Magomed Dokshukin, a serviceman from Kabardino-Balkaria, to two years and six months in a maximum-security penal colony, finding him guilty of leaving his unit without permission during mobilization.

A picket against development in the green zone of the Yubileiny microdistrict took place today in Krasnodar. Security forces approached a protester but did not interfere with the protest.
