According to one of the versions, the terror act near the cafe in Khasavyurt could be committed by those gangsters, who collect "tribute" from the local businessmen, engaged in selling alcoholic beverages. According to a source from law enforcement bodies of Dagestan, from the beginning of the year it is already the fourth explosion of a public catering entity in Khasavyurt, whose bosses refused to pay to extortioners.
