In Georgia, the Batumi City Court will start, presumably on December 14-15, the trial of the 13 citizens of Russia and Georgia detained as members of a spy network set up in the country.

The website of WikiLeaks has posted documents, which indicate that the USA knew about the events in August 2008, when the Georgian-South-Ossetian conflict escalated into the "Five-Day War" between Georgia and Russia, but concealed facts from the world community.

The official Yerevan has refused to comment on the document on arms supplies to Iran by Armenia, made through bypassing the international sanctions; the document was posted on the WikiLeaks website. Experts, in their turn, believe that appearance of a large number of official diplomatic documents on WikiLeaks is a result of internal US squabbles.

In the course of a check conducted in the village of Kuschevskaya, the Krasnodar Territorial Prosecutor's Office revealed violations at allocation of subsidies to one of the agrarian farms, located in the village - the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Artex-Agro", managed by Nadezhda Tsapok - mother of Sergey Tsapok, a suspect of organizing the awful massacre. This was reported by Marina Gridneva, official spokesperson of the Russian General Prosecutor's Office (GPO).

Relatives of a resident of Ingushetia, who is kept in the Pyatigorsk SIZO (pre-trial prison), known as "Bely Lebed" (White Swan), allege violations of prisoners' rights to appropriate custody conditions. The SIZO administration denied the information.

One message is a letter of the US ambassador to Russia, who visited the wedding party of the son of Gadji Makhachev, a State Duma Deputy, in Dagestan. Makhachev refutes the data.

In Chechnya, power agents do not register any militants' mobile or radio talks in one of the most troubled regions of Chechnya - the Vedeno District. On this basis, local authorities have concluded that rebels had left the district. In the opinion of local observers, members of armed groupings have long quitted the practice of negotiation on the air.

Investigation of the details of two explosions which happened in Tbilisi on November, 28, will take some time and as soon as they are clarified the residents will be informed, the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Georgia reports. Neither has the office commented on the statement of the Labour Party of Georgia about involvement of the special services of the country in the accident.
