The law enforcement bodies of South Ossetia have release all the detainees, suspected of involvement in the riots on September 30 at the building of the government. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has learnt about it from Eldar Kokoev, Deputy General Public Prosecutor of South Ossetia.

In Azerbaijan, the investigation is over into the pressure on Idrak Abbasov, an employee of the newspaper "Aina-Zerkalo" and the Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety (IRFS), and his family. On October 9, Vladimir Asatryan, 19, a regular soldier of one of the units of the Defence Army of Nagorno-Karabakh, committed suicide by killing himself from a submachine gun.
