Today, an explosion occurred in a dwelling house located in the Binagadi District of Baku, where two tenants suffered burns and were taken to hospital, said a spokesman for the Azerbaijan's Ministry for Emergencies (MfE).

Rabbi Elsever oglu Jafarov, a soldier of the Azerbaijani Army, who was wounded in July in the Karabakh conflict zone, has died in the hospital. Armenia denies any involvement in the incident, where the soldier was wounded.
