Roman Petrov himself calls the case fabricated and says that he brought to the police station a mobile phone, which he had found. Investigators deny the information. The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation intends to investigate the situation.

Today, Israfil Gadatov, the lawyer from the "Kavkaz" Bar, was allowed to visit Murad Alibekov, kept at the IVS (temporary detention facility) of Izberbash, who was detained on June 25 on suspicion of killing Abdulla Aliev, the head of the Department of the Russian Pension Fund in the Akusha District. According to the lawyer, Murad Alibekov is in serious condition.
