Most Russian residents are convinced that the shooting at the Dagestani wedding in Moscow is a consequence of lack of culture and of impunity and not a part of tradition, and the penalty for the shooting was inadequate lenient. The authorities of Ingushetia impeded holding in the republic a mass hunger strike, declared by members of the regional public movement "Mekhk-Kkhel", and because of that fact, it was decided to move it to Moscow. This was reported by Idris Abadiev, the leader of the movement.
