Health state of persons who went on hunger strike at the temporary accommodation centre (TAC) "Promzhilbaza" in Karabulak deteriorates. Human rights activists, who visited women on hunger strike, have proposed to stop the protest action and to use the legal ways to solve the problem in each specific case.

After the refusal of the court to change the pre-trial restriction measure to Said Amirov, the defence will seek for his transfer from SIZO (pre-trial prison) to a specialized hospital. This was reported by advocate Mark Kruter.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) upheld the complaint about inhumane treatment filed by Shakir Rzakhanov, who is serving his life sentence in Azerbaijan. The ECtHR pronounced that Shakir Rzakhanov is to receive the amount of 7500 euros as compensation for moral damages and the other amount of 2000 euros is to be paid to the applicant as compensation for legal costs.

Weapons and grenades were found in the houses belonging to Shamil Magomedov and Danyal Ilyasov, residents of Buynaksk. This was reported by a source in the city police department of Buynaksk. The searches were conducted with violations, and the items found were likely planted. This was stated by relatives of Shamil Magomedov and Danyal Ilyasov.
