State Duma adopts law that damage caused by terrorists shall be compensated by their relatives
The State Duma of the Russian Federation has adopted on the second and third readings the law on strengthening measures to combat terrorism. The law provides the possibility for compensation for the damage caused by actions of terrorists at the expense of their family members. Besides, the law provides punishment of up to 20 years of imprisonment for creation of terrorist community and training terrorists.
Russian community of Azerbaijan calls on Russian authorities to prevent incitement of ethnic hatred
The Russian Community of Azerbaijan (RCA) has expressed its regret about the fact that "provocative forces" use the tragic incident with the murder of Yegor Scherbakov, a resident of Moscow, to put pressure on migrants in Russia, including citizens of Azerbaijan. Mother of man, killed in explosion in Dugulubgei, cannot bury remains of her son for week already
Murat Tishkov and Murat Abazov were killed in the explosion that occurred in the yard of the mosque in the village of Dugulubgei. This was reported by mother of Murat Tishkov who identified her son. Till present, the remains of Murat Tishkov are still in the Nalchik morgue. Residents of the native village of Murat Tishkov prohibit burying him at the local cemetery, and in Nalchik, officials refuse to issue a permit for burying.
