At presentation of book "Three Days in August", Ali Kamalov promises to bring to justice all murderers of Dagestani journalists
On June 24, Moscow hosted the presentation of the book entitled "Three Days in August". It has been compiled by Nadezhda Azhgikhina, Secretary of the Russian Union of Journalists, and Catherine Timer-Nepomnyaschaya, Professor of the Columbia University. The book is devoted to the events that took place in the Soviet Union on August 19-21, 1991. Participants of the presentation have recalled the events that preceded the collapse of the Soviet Union. They have also recalled the journalists, who worked at that time, and their colleagues, who perished in recent years in Dagestan.
