In Dagestan, investigators have completed an investigation into the criminal case against Zalkip Aliskantov, a 39-year-old resident of the Tlaratin District. According to the investigators, he was one of the accomplices in the kidnapping of Ibragim Kazibekov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing.
