Kadyrov appoints Tumso's critic to head TV Company

Sons of Dagestani MP involved in murder, sources report
A 27-year-old resident of Dagestan was shot dead on the territory of the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Makhachkalavodokanal", the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports. The killed man was identified as Abdulbasir Omarov, a nephew of Magomedrasul Omarov, the former director of the "Dagavtodor" and the Dagestani branch of the Department for the Road Management "Kaspiy". Men suspected of the murder and complicity are sons of a member of the People's Assembly of Dagestan and the former head of the Shamil District.
ECtHR awards human rights defenders with compensation for their beating in Ingushetia
Today, the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has obliged the Russian authorities to pay am amount totalling to 28,000 euros to employees of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial", two of whom – Ekaterina Sokiryanskaya and Shamsuddin Tangiev – were beaten, while Zina Mukusheva, Zoya Muradova, Fatima Yandieva, and Albert Khantigov were detained for holding a picket in Nazran in memory of Anna Politkovskaya.
Conflict in Tsiyab-Ichichali settled without Kadyrov's intervention
