Residents of cities in the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) are bringing flowers to spontaneous memorials setup in memory of those who perished in the terror act committed at the Crocus City Hall. Authorities of Chechnya and Ingushetia did not report laying flowers in memory of the terror act victims.

In cities of all the regions of the Southern Federal District (SFD), spontaneous memorials have been set up for the victims of the terror act in Krasnogorsk, local officials have reported.

After the terror act near Moscow, where over 130 people perished, the authorities of the republics of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) have reported improved security measures, as well as cancellation of all mass events.

Since 1999, up to the events at the Crocus City Hall, there were five terror acts in the Moscow region, in which more than 40 people perished.
