KBR resident complains to ICRF against Stalin for committed deportation
The reason for deporting Caucasian nations in 1944 was in their ethnicity, while the then USSR Constitution guaranteed equality; this was stated by Oleg Kelemetov, a resident of Nalchik, the capital of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), in his application to the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).
