The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has obliged Russian authorities to pay compensation of EUR 26,000 to Aslan Iritov, a resident of Nalchik, recognizing him as a victim in the case of torture by law enforcers.

A resident of Dagestan is seeking social benefits for his wound received in the special military operation (SMO) zone in Ukraine. The Khasavyurt District Court has returned to him the lawsuit filed against the military commissariat (registration and enlistment office).

A court in Novorossiysk has found Stanislav Shaforostov, a local resident, guilty of discrediting the Russian Army for making a pacifist inscription on the administration building. The judge took into account the defendant's remorse and imposed a fine on him that was half of that provided for by the administrative article.
