The man has sent complaints about the investigators’ inaction to President Putin and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In the French city of Tours, the police detained a 15-year-old native of Chechnya after he posted videos on social network with instructions for manufacturing an improvised explosive device, beheading people, and with symbols of the “Islamic State” (IS, a terrorist organization, banned in Russia by the court, – note of the “Caucasian Knot”).
