ECtHR requests data from Russia about disappearance of Aushev's relatives
Today, it became known that on April 7 the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) asked the government of the Russian Federation to present, before May 19, 2010, copies of all the documents relating to the measures taken to establish whereabouts of four relatives of human rights activist Maksharip Aushev, who was shot dead last October, or about their custody in case they are in hands of the state.
