A criminal case has been initiated against Vyacheslav Morozov, head of the Aksai Division of the Rostov Regional Department of the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography ("Rosreyestr").

On February 15, the Ukrainian authorities satisfied the request of the General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) of Russia to give out Vladimir Alexeev, who is accused of murdering several persons in the village of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar Territory. Directors of three secondary schools of the Gudermes District of Chechnya will stand trial on charges of misuse of powers. According to law enforcement bodies of Chechnya, their violations were revealed by prosecutors last September.
