The Shamil District Court of Dagestan postponed court session on the criminal case of beating 14-year-old Makhmud Akhmedov in the building of the police station in connection with illness of Magomed Magomedov, the defendant.

Nineteen residents of Dagestan submitted a lawsuit to federal court of Sovietsky district of Makhachkala demanding to acknowledge their status of veterans of combat operations and oblige Military registration and enlistment office of Kazbek district of the republic to issue veteran’s certificates for them.

Today hearings on blogger Bakhtiyar Gadjiev’s cassational appeal against denial of conditional early release (CER) were held in the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan under the chairmanship of judge Ali Seifaliev.
