Today, the press service of the US Treasury has announced the inclusion of three Russian citizens in the anti-terror sanctions list. According to the US Treasury, they are Islam Atabiev, well-known under the nickname "al-Shishani", "Abu Jihad" Akhmed Chataev ("One-Armed Akhmed"), and Zaurbek Guchaev ("Abdul Aziz"), the "TASS" reports.

After the mass detention of believers of the Salafi mosque in the village of Novy Kurush of the Khasavyurt District of Dagestan, eight persons were taken into custody. This was reported by local residents.

Today, opponents of the constitutional reforms have marched to the parliament building, which held hearings concerning the draft amendments to the Constitution. At the parliament building, the police and the demonstrators entered an incident, as a result of which one activist was detained.
