The Basmanny Court of Moscow has found legal the investigators' refusal to institute criminal case of torture of Zaur Dadaev, the main defendant in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder. At the court session, Zaur Dadaev himself requested the Court to re-interrogate him.

Three residents of the Krasnodar Territory spend the second day on a hunger strike in an attempt to draw attention of the law enforcement bodies to their problems. One of the protestors complained about unjustified prosecution of her son, and two other hunger-strikers complained of fraud, as a result of which their son lost his housing.
