In Yerevan, about 21 participants of rally detained, police report
Today, opponents of the constitutional reforms have marched to the parliament building, which held hearings concerning the draft amendments to the Constitution. At the parliament building, the police and the demonstrators entered an incident, as a result of which one activist was detained. According to the organizers of the rally, other 17 demonstrators were detained after the protesters broke through the police cordon and partially blocked the traffic in Bagramyan Avenue.

Consideration of Ramzan Kadyrov's appeal against ban of book with quotations from Koran postponed
The decision of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk City Court to recognize as extremist material of the book "Prayer (dua) to Allah: its meaning and place in Islam" have been challenged by the Russian Council of Muftis, one of the reviewers of the book "Prayer to Allah", and other persons. In this regard, according to the City Court, the appeal filed by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has not been sent for the consideration to the Sakhalin Regional Court.
