The Stavropol Regional Court has postponed for September 27 the court hearing in the case against Kurman-Ali Baichorov, Imam of Kislovodsk, accused of drug trafficking. The Court has provided the public prosecutor with time to get acquainted with the defence motion to check the prosecution evidence.

Maxim Smyshlyaev, a resident of Rostov, is accused of aiding and abetting Ukrainian citizen Arthur Panov, who was plotting a terror act, without any evidence of the investigation. This was reported by the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial".
