North Ossetia's decision to combine mourning with Knowledge Day causes misunderstanding in Tskhinvali women
Residents of South Ossetia have supported the decision of the Republic's Ministry of Education and Sciences to postpone the Knowledge Day until September 5 in connection with the 14th anniversary of the terror act in Beslan. However, the Tskhinvali women, interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot", are surprised at the decision of North-Ossetian authorities to combine the funeral events with the start of the school year.
