Raids on the roads by Adam Kadyrov's "unit" raised questions among users.

Employees of the Central base "Dustum K-13" conducted raid activities in the territory of the Kurchaloevsky district. During the day, several license plates were confiscated. Social media users inquired about the reason for the appearance of Adam Kadyrov's "unit" on the roads.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", a group of guards and relatives of Adam Kadyrov, which includes the sons of high-ranking Chechen officials, is positioned on social media as the armed unit "Team K-13". The Minister for National Policy of Chechnya stated that this group has no official status .

The group formed around Adam Kadyrov, while not considered an official armed structure, is essentially an armed formation operating outside the framework of Russian legislation. While the "unit" can be seen as a pastime for the children of Chechen officials, it has the potential to become a personnel reserve for maintaining power in the hands of local elites.

Employees of the Central base "Dustum K-13" conducted raid activities in the territory of the Kurchaloevsky district. A video about the raids in the area was published by the Instagram*-public chp_checchnya. As of 20:00 MSK on November 4, this post in the public, which has over a million subscribers, received 399 likes and 23 comments.

The video contains footage showing employees in paramilitary uniforms, armed with automatic weapons, stopping civilian vehicles on the roadway and checking them. There is also a black SUV with a large inscription on the door "K-13".Some of the employees are equipped with backpacks labeled "K-13 Central Base".

Judging by the banner on the roadside, the raids are taking place on the highway "Turty-Khutor - Gansolchu - Alleroy" - this is a regional road in Chechnya, connecting the settlements of Nozhai-Yurt and Kurchaloevsky districts. The unit's employees check drivers' documents and search vehicles.

At the end of October, data about an armed incident in the republic was confirmed for the first time in a year and a half. The operation, in which a suspected member of the armed underground was killed, took place on the evening of October 19 in the Kurchaloevsky district of Chechnya; official confirmation from Ramzan Kadyrov appeared only on the evening of October 22. Unofficial sources named the killed as 36-year-old Turpal-Ali Mezhidov from Gudermes: according to widely circulated law enforcement reports, he was wanted on suspicion of illegal arms trafficking. Sources claim that law enforcement attempted to detain Mezhidov at a checkpoint in the Chernorechye area, but he resisted armed, injuring several police officers. Law enforcement pursued Mezhidov for some time and killed him in the Kurchaloevsky district.

Judging by the footage from the video, license plates were confiscated from several drivers of vehicles as a result of the raids. The raids were conducted throughout the day until darkness fell.

Commentators under the published video inquired about the reasons for the raid activities. "What happened there?" asked a subscriber magas.50. "So what were they raiding for?" inquired guzelrasidova0.

Dds64896 expressed a version that it is about searching for people connected with a terrorist organization.
