Drones attacked the Ozon warehouse in Adygeysk.
During a drone attack on the territory of the Ozon logistics center in Adygeysk, a fire broke out, and the staff was evacuated.
According to the head of Adygea Murad Kumpilov, drones attacked the Ozon logistics center in Adygeysk last night.
"As a result of the UAV attack, a fire occurred at the Ozon logistics center in Adygeysk. <...> The staff of the complex was evacuated, and so far there have been no reports of injuries or fatalities," Kumpilov wrote on his Telegram channel.
In the village of Petrov, debris from the drone damaged a gas pipe and the glazing of a private house. The gas leak has been eliminated, and there are no casualties. In the vicinity of the village of Takhtamukai, drone debris also fell, and there were no casualties or destruction, the head of the republic added.
The goods placed in the Ozon logistics center in Adygeysk will be hidden from the marketplace display, and if there are no similar goods in other warehouses, they will be marked as "Out of stock." Some orders will be canceled, while others will be delivered from other locations. The acceptance of deliveries from sellers to the warehouse that was attacked by drones has been suspended, requests for them will be canceled, and goods in transit will be redirected to other locations, the company reported on its website.
In July, drone attacks led to fires at Wildberries warehouses in Elektrostal, Krasnodar, and Nevinnomyssk. Sellers from Dagestan, Chechnya, Krasnodar Krai, and Rostov Oblast told the correspondent of "Caucasian Knot" about losses of goods amounting from 700 thousand to at least four million rubles. They complained about the lack of a clear mechanism for compensation and the threat of business closure.
"Caucasian Knot" also reported that Adygea is regularly subjected to drone attacks. Thus, on August 24, during a drone attack, the Ozon logistics center in the Takhtamukai district caught fire. On March 18, in Enem, debris from drones damaged eight private houses, and two girls were injured. On January 21, during a drone attack on the village of Novaya Adygeya, 30 houses were damaged, and 11 people were injured.
