As reported by "Caucasian Knot", as of October 25, authorities and security forces have officially recognized at least 1044 fighters from the Rostov region as killed in Ukraine.
"Caucasian Knot" maintains a named list of natives from the North Caucasus Federal District and the Southern Federal District who were killed in the military operation. The list is compiled based on data officially announced by representatives of the authorities and security agencies, according to the report from "Caucasian Knot" "Statistics of the Special Military Operation: losses in southern Russia are increasing".
A native of Gukovo, Ruslan Voitsitsky, was killed in the zone of the military operation in Ukraine. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage, the administration of Gukovo reported on its social media page on "VKontakte".
Thus, at least 1045 fighters from the Rostov region have been officially recognized as killed in the Special Military Operation.
