Georgian activist Rusa Mchedlidze accused the bailiffs of the Tbilisi City Court of using violence, but was fined herself for insulting them.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on July 26, police detained ten people in Tbilisi who were holding posters with insulting messages directed at Bidzina Ivanishvili.

Activist Rusa Mchedlidze was fined in Georgia three thousand lari (about 1150 dollars) for insulting three bailiffs, writes "Georgia-online" on October 26.

Mchedlidze attended a court session on July 28 regarding the activists who brought posters with insults directed at Bidzina Ivanishvili to the protest. The bailiffs forcibly made citizens waiting for the process to leave the building. Mchedlidze and lawyer Marika Arevadze stated that they were subjected to violence by the bailiffs.

On October 13, Mchedlidze stated that her complaint regarding the actions of the bailiffs was shelved, while an administrative case was opened against her under part 1 of article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for liability for insulting an official or civil servant.

At the court session, the lawyer rejected Mchedlidze's request to interrogate the bailiffs and refused to include the video recording of the incident that occurred on July 28 in the case.
