Employees of the Nalchik motor pool complained about the systematic non-payment of salaries.

Drivers of the Nalchik motor pool have not received their salaries and advances for the second month, which has led to debts and problems with loans for the workers, one of the employees complained on social media. Other workers, commenting on his complaint, pointed out the systematic nature of the salary delays, while local residents criticized the authorities and the management of the enterprise.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on September 17, drivers of the Nalchik motor pool complained about salary delays, which, according to them, occur regularly. The complaints prompted criticism from officials by local residents, who advised workers to contact the labor inspectorate and the prosecutor's office.

For the second month in a row, one of the employees of the Nalchik motor pool complained about the salary delay. According to him, drivers are forced to work from five in the morning until nine in the evening, yet they are not even paid an advance. Due to the lack of payments, workers have accumulated debts and faced problems with loans.

The complaint is accompanied by an image of a driver behind the wheel of a bus with a sign about the non-payment of salaries to employees of the municipal unitary enterprise "Autotransport".

The complaint from the motor pool employee was published on October 22 by the Instagram*-public goloskbr, which has about 194.1 thousand followers. As of 16:00 Moscow time on October 24, this post had received 369 likes and 89 comments.

Some commentators, who also identify themselves as employees of the motor pool, confirmed that salaries are not being paid. "Every year they change the manager, we are already tired of it. When will all this end? Sometimes we go months without seeing this salary. People have children, loans, etc.," wrote user moda197367.

"Many in Kabardino-Balkaria are left without salaries," noted user duck.3458161.

"How can salaries not be paid in our time? It’s already not enough for anything, why push people into debt?" exclaimed user k.asl.sh.

Other commentators criticized the authorities and the management of the enterprise for not resolving the issue. "Why doesn’t Kokov speak about this openly? Or is he ashamed to admit that people are not receiving salaries? Well, these are just ordinary people, and they only owe, while you have the right! You have the right to fine us, collect taxes, disconnect electricity, gas, and water for non-payment, while we have to pay for everything, even if we are not given salaries and pensions!" wrote gali_na8029.

"This is a question for the supervising minister. Why did the driver not receive payment, while officials did?" pointed out zarina58220.

"Why are the managers not held accountable?" asked rimmakumysheva29800.

Commentators also noted the procurement of public transport against the backdrop of employees' complaints about unpaid salaries. "But buses are regularly purchased, and they say they will soon be on the line. It’s strange, they don’t pay salaries, but they order buses. There aren’t as many buses on the routes as are constantly being purchased. Just minivans," wrote user bambr07.

"Drivers are without salaries, but buses keep coming... Who will work on them if there are no salaries?" wondered ludmilatlupova0.

"Just yesterday I heard in the news from Kabardino-Balkaria that drivers are needed for city transport, with a salary of 60–70 thousand a month, but look at this, they want people to work for free," wrote nata69_rom6.

Users advised drivers to pursue the payment of their debts through supervisory authorities. "Gather evidence (certificates, pay slips, bank statements if there were no payments). If you decide to file a collective complaint, it will have a greater resonance. Start with an online complaint to the labor inspectorate – it will take 10 minutes. A two-month salary delay is a direct violation of the Labor Code. In Nalchik, practice shows that complaints to the prosecutor's office and labor inspectorate on such matters often lead to quick payment of debts," wrote juliya.geta.

"Write to the prosecutor's office. They have no right to delay salaries," pointed out marina737086.

As of 16:00 Moscow time, there are no comments on the Nalchik administration's website regarding the drivers' complaint about salary delays.
