The property of the former head of the rural settlement in Kuban has been seized for state revenue.

The Sever district court of the Krasnodar region satisfied the prosecutor's claim for the transfer to state revenue of the property of the former head of the Smolensk rural settlement, Sergey Bezuglov, amounting to more than 39 million rubles.
According to the prosecutor's office, from 2017 to 2023, while in municipal service, Bezuglov acquired property, part of which was registered in the names of close relatives. This includes, in particular, 23 real estate objects. The value of the property significantly exceeds the legal income of the official, informs "Kommersant" on October 17.
The court fully satisfied the prosecutor's demands, and the state's ownership of the property has already been registered.
Earlier, "Caucasian Knot" reported that on October 16, the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia filed a lawsuit for the seizure of property of the vice-governor of the Krasnodar region, Igor Galas, amounting to more than 970 million rubles.
