As reported by "Caucasian Knot", earlier representatives of the authorities and law enforcement agencies officially recognized at least 890 fighters from the Krasnodar region as killed in Ukraine.
"Caucasian Knot" maintains a named list of natives of the North Caucasus Federal District and Southern Federal District who were killed in the military operation. The list is compiled based on data officially announced by representatives of the authorities and law enforcement agencies, according to the report of "Caucasian Knot" "Statistics of the special military operation: losses in southern Russia are increasing".
In the zone of the special military operation, serviceman Gennady Tkalich was killed; he was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage. A memorial plaque has been opened in his honor at school No. 48 in the stanitsa of Chernoyerkovskaya, from which Tkalich graduated, the administration of the Slavyansky district reported on its social media page on "VKontakte".
