The disabled person was fined in Kuban for a slogan in support of Ukraine.

The court in Goryachy Klyuch fined a first-group disabled person for a slogan in support of Ukraine that he shouted in the corridor of the nursing home. The court recognized the slogan as a demonstration of extremist symbolism and fined the man one thousand rubles.

A first-group disabled man was fined for shouting in a Krasnodar nursing home.

According to the court ruling in Goryachy Klyuch, on August 12 at lunchtime, Sergey Mozolev shouted a slogan in support of Ukraine while passing through the corridor of the main building of the nursing home. The shout, as stated in the case, was heard by a nurse and two orderlies, whose written explanations the court referred to in the ruling, reported "Be careful, news".

The man was charged under part 1 of article 20.3 of the Administrative Code (demonstration of extremist symbolism). At the hearing, he did not admit guilt. The court referred to his earlier explanation: in it, as stated in the ruling, Sergey wrote that he was passing through the corridor and shouted the slogan, promised not to do so again, and admitted guilt. The first-group disability was recognized by the court as a mitigating circumstance. He was fined the minimum amount under the article — one thousand rubles, as stated in the ruling.

There is no information about appealing the court ruling in the case file.
