The number of injured in the drone attack on the Rostov region has increased.
Six residents of Rostov sought medical help after a nighttime drone attack, two of them hospitalized in moderate condition.
As reported by "Caucasian Knot", earlier authorities stated that during the drone attack on the Rostov region last night, one person was injured.
Today, after the drone attack, six residents of Rostov-on-Don sought medical help, two of whom remain in hospitals, reported the governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusar.
"According to operational data, six residents of Rostov sought medical help after the air attack last night. Two were assisted on the spot. Four were taken to hospitals, after treating the wounds, two were sent for outpatient care. Currently, two people are in medical facilities, their condition is moderate. One injured person is receiving emergency surgical assistance," Slyusar wrote on his Telegram channel.
In Rostov-on-Don, several apartment buildings and private houses sustained various damages, in Bataisk – an uninhabited new building. In Azov, two vessels were damaged, preliminarily, there are no casualties or injuries on board. A fire is being extinguished at industrial storage facilities, train traffic on the railway bridge has been fully restored, the governor added.
The drone attack affected Rostov-on-Don, Bataisk, Taganrog, as well as the Azov, Bagayevsky, Verkhnedonsky, Kagalytsky, Millerovsky, Myasnikovsky, Neklinovsky, Tarasovsky, Chertkovsky, and Sholokhovsky districts.
"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Rostov region is regularly subjected to drone attacks. For instance, on October 5, a fuel truck driver sustained multiple burns during an attack in the Krasnosulinsky district and was hospitalized in serious condition. On September 26, one person was injured in Taganrog and four, including a child, in Azov.
