Drone attacks in Krasnodar occur against the backdrop of complaints about the inaccessibility of shelters
Recall that the Krasnodar region regularly faces drone attacks. For instance, on October 4, three people were injured in the Temryuk district during a drone attack, and a fire broke out at one of the enterprises. Additionally, in the stanitsa of Taman, drone debris damaged the roof and glazing of a private house.
At the same time, residents of the regional center have repeatedly pointed out the inaccessibility and unsuitability of shelters from drones. For example, on August 9, a resident of Krasnodar complained that during an air raid alert, she could not get to a shelter with her children because it was closed.
On August 24, Krasnodar residents reported that during a nighttime drone attack, they could not access the basements designated as shelters. On September 8, citizens again stated that some basements remain closed, and some rooms designated as shelters lack ventilation and a safe exit.
In the Krasnodar region, since September 2025, there has been a ban on disseminating information about drone attacks and their consequences, filming the operation of air defense, military facilities, and critical infrastructure. In December 2025, the authorities of Kuban introduced fines for filming air attacks and the operation of air defense. A corresponding bill from the regional legislative assembly has been published on "Caucasian Knot".
