In addition to the new honorary badge, Ramzan Kadyrov has at least 78 other awards and titles, according to a report from "Caucasian Knot" "Kadyrov and his awards".
The award was presented to him by the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin during the opening of the boulevard named after Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov in the Putin area. In October 2024, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Irek Faizullin presented the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov with the badge "Honorable Builder of Russia". This award is given to citizens with over 20 years of experience in the construction field, reported "Kommersant".

Among other awards of the head of Chechnya are the medals "For Distinction in Protecting Public Order" and "For Merits in Conducting the All-Russian Population Census", as well as awards for human rights activities.
At the same time, Russian and international human rights organizations link Ramzan Kadyrov's activities to mass and gross violations of human rights. In particular, threats and pressure on relatives of alleged militants can be read in the report prepared by "Caucasian Knot" titled "How Kadyrov Tightened Collective Responsibility in Chechnya".
The practice of awarding a large number of medals and titles also extends to the close relatives of the head of Chechnya, for example, to his son Adam Kadyrov, who holds the position of Secretary of the Security Council of the Chechen Republic and curator of the Putin Special Forces University.
