Residents of the Krasnodar dormitory complained to Bastrykin about the threat of eviction.
Residents of the dormitory on Stankostroitelna Street in Krasnodar recorded an appeal to the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, complaining about the demand from Rosimushchestvo to vacate or pay large sums for living after the court transferred the building to state ownership.
According to the residents of the dormitory on Stankostroitelna Street in Krasnodar, they received demands from Rosimushchestvo to pay large sums for living in rooms of 17–20 square meters. Two years ago, the building was transferred to Rosimushchestvo by court decision.
The story of the residents was shared today on his Telegram channel by Krasnodar City Duma deputy Alexander Safronov. "For rooms of 17–20 square meters – charges are calculated at a minimum of 50,000 rubles per month. Residents pay for utilities and housing maintenance separately. As a result, some were presented with about 900,000 rubles, others – more than a million, and some – one and a half million. They are given five days to pay. Otherwise – the threat of eviction," wrote Safronov.
Residents occupy small rooms in the dormitory, the condition of which Safronov described as unsatisfactory. According to him, the state agency demands large sums from people for the right to continue living in these premises.
"Residents recorded an appeal to the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin. On my part, I will involve State Duma deputies and law enforcement agencies, demand a check on the validity of these demands, and help people defend their rights," wrote the deputy.
Safronov attached a video to the post. The video shows a small kitchen with a window, a radiator, and tiled flooring, as well as a bathroom with a sink and mirror. The walls and other surfaces appear worn, the finish is darkened in places and looks uneven, and the floors are old and worn. The kitchen is almost devoid of finishing and furnishings, the room looks empty and has not been renovated for a long time. The bathroom also shows signs of prolonged use: the plumbing, walls, and other surfaces look old and worn, and there is no sign of modern repairs in the frame.
As of 13:30 Moscow time on October 7, there are no comments on the websites of Rosimushchestvo and the Krasnodar administration regarding the residents' complaint about the demand to pay large sums for living.
"Caucasian Knot" also reported that residents of Kuban are forced to periodically send appeals to Bastrykin asking to resolve the issue of violations of their housing rights. For example, on September 18, residents of the Krasnodar microdistrict "German Village" complained to Bastrykin about the demands of "Krasnodar Vodokanal" to pay more than 100,000 rubles from the apartment for allegedly unauthorized use of the sewage system. On June 24, 2025, a family from the Seversky district reported the risk of eviction from their only home due to delays in payment for a housing certificate.
