Nazran residents complained about poor conditions in the hospital.

Patients of the clinical hospital in Nazran, who require CT and MRI, are transported between buildings along the street, including in the rain, a local resident complained on social media. Other Nazran residents, commenting on his complaint, stated that this practice has existed for many years. They criticized the hospital management and the republican Ministry of Health for the conditions of medical assistance provided to patients.

Video of a resident of Nazran was published today by the Instagram*-public news_ingushetii. The footage shows three people transporting a patient lying on a stretcher across open territory between hospital buildings. The stretcher is being carried in the rain along a path next to the roadway. The patient is covered with a light fabric, and there is no canopy over the stretcher. The filming is done from the opposite side of the road.

Commenters, identifying themselves as residents of Nazran, noted that patients have been transported between the hospital buildings along the street for many years, including in cold and inclement weather. "Also in winter, in the coldest weather, they carried a stretcher with my mom, who was in a coma. This has been going on for a long time, and no one cares," pointed out maryamizmaylova03.

"I did my internship at IRKB in 2011... I accompanied a seriously ill patient in bad weather to an MRI... Since then, nothing has really changed," noted doctor_albakova_.

"This is everywhere for us, a year ago I was in the hospital in Nazran, I couldn't walk due to a hernia and sciatica, I had very severe pain in my leg, I had to walk to another building for an exam, I walked with great difficulty, resting every minute, sitting down," wrote strannik______06.

Other users complained about the lack of equipment and facilities for patients in the hospital. "When we arrived at the reception with my seriously ill mom, the girls didn't even have a pulse oximeter. They ran around trying to help us, then my brother bought one. The staff is not to blame, I don't blame them, I blame those who have managed this hospital over the years. How many have already changed," noted marinaismailovna_.

"There isn't even a wheelchair to sit a person in and take them there; if there is, the wheels don't work," pointed out user llln_shlll.

"When I was taken along this route, halfway they said the MRI was not working, they kept me there for 15 to 20 minutes, it was cold outside. The machine was not working because our valiant specialists were having a lunch break," wrote dzurabov111.

Participants in the discussion also placed the responsibility for the conditions in the hospital on its management and officials. "All the chief doctors, both current and former, should be transported like this from morning till evening in the rain and on frosty days, so they can feel what it's like. And the higher officials responsible for this should also be included. Maybe then they will understand that the funds allocated by the state should be spent as intended, that is, on hospitals," stated mr.kussiev.

"How many millions does Moscow allocate, where do they go, like into a bottomless barrel," wrote user nottepiovosa1.

As of 14:30 MSK, there are no comments on the websites of IRKB and the Ministry of Health of Ingushetia regarding the complaints of Nazran residents about the conditions of medical assistance provided to patients in the hospital.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the problem of the quality of medical care has been relevant in Ingushetia for a long time. Thus, on April 10, 2025, the court ruled to recover 1.5 million rubles from IRKB in favor of a resident of the republic, Zarema Bekbuzarova, who became disabled after surgery. On January 18, 2022, the head of Ingushetia ordered to dismiss the chief doctor of the republican perinatal center after the complaint of relatives of a woman in labor who fell into a coma.
