As reported by "Caucasian Knot", earlier the authorities and security forces officially recognized at least 1025 fighters from the Rostov region as killed in Ukraine.
"Caucasian Knot" maintains a named list of natives of the North Caucasus Federal District and Southern Federal District who were killed in the military operation. The list is compiled based on data officially announced by representatives of the authorities and security agencies, according to a report from "Caucasian Knot" "Statistics of the special military operation: losses in southern Russia are increasing".
A serviceman, Viktor Danilenko, was killed in the special military operation; a memorial plaque in his honor has been opened at school No. 9 in Azov, the city administration reported on its Telegram channel.
Thus, at least 1026 fighters from the Rostov region have been officially recognized as killed in the special military operation.
