Azerbaijani servicemen participated in joint exercises of special operations forces held in Pakistan, Oxu.az reported on October 5.
The exercises were conducted in accordance with the protocol of the 12th meeting of the Azerbaijani-Pakistani working group, signed between the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan and the Pakistan Defense Forces Headquarters. During the exercises, which took place in Karachi, special forces servicemen performed tasks related to the liberation of a ship captured by terrorists, rescuing hostages, and conducting diving operations. The goal of the exercises was to exchange experiences among the military and ensure coordinated actions during counter-terrorism operations.
